Shyam Overseas manufacturing plant is spread over 5000 square metres in Panipat, just 90km away from the capital city of India – New Delhi. The plant's state of the art amenities organized with an employee base of over 300 textile specialists produce an extensive variety of home textiles Cotton rugs, Chennile Rugs,Kids Rugs , hand woven floor coverings, Tufted Bathmats,Braided rugs,and much more.

Our core strength is being Product Development & Design Inputs supported by in-house facilities from dyeing,Weaving to finish.Our success being we bring the latest trends in the markets coupled with our in-depth study and shopping to create line for a particular brand 'n' to bring the newness in the ever changing fashion world.

  • We have a thorough Unit of Handloom, Powerlooms, Shuttles, and all its component machinery. 

  • Our highly trained and skilled workforce is capable of producing and delivering designs, colors, patterns, and quality to match the modern market trends and our customer's requirements.

  • Our Stitching unit comprises Embroidery Machines,1 to 16 Middle Table Tufting Machines, Highcut and loop Machines, Braided making Machines etc..From the part of that we have the complete plant of cushion filling and compressing. 

  • To ensure a complete check on quality, design confidentiality, and delivery schedule, we ensure complete production is carried out in-house.
